Returns Policy
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).
Conditions for Return:
- Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
- Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
- You must provide photo or video proof of the damage or incorrect product.
Refund Policy
- No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including cancellations after shipping.
- Shipping charges are non-refundable.
- If the return is accepted, only product exchange is allowed (no monetary refund).
Exchange Policy
- Exchange is applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.
- Exchange will be processed only after verification of claim.
- Replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned product.
Shipping Costs
- In case of return or exchange, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
- Costok.in will not refund or cover any return shipping costs.
Important Notes
- Products like Ayurvedic oils, perfumes, and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, unless damaged or wrongly delivered.
- Costok.in reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
