Returns Policy

We accept returns only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is damaged during transit.
  • You received a wrong product (different from what was ordered).

Conditions for Return:

  • Return request must be raised within 48 hours of delivery.
  • Product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • You must provide photo or video proof of the damage or incorrect product.

Refund Policy

  • No refunds are provided under any circumstances, including cancellations after shipping.
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable.
  • If the return is accepted, only product exchange is allowed (no monetary refund).

Exchange Policy

  • Exchange is applicable only for damaged or incorrect products.
  • Exchange will be processed only after verification of claim.
  • Replacement will be shipped after we receive the returned product.

Shipping Costs

  • In case of return or exchange, shipping charges must be borne by the customer.
  • Costok.in will not refund or cover any return shipping costs.

Important Notes

  • Products like Ayurvedic oils, perfumes, and personal care items are non-returnable for hygiene and safety reasons, unless damaged or wrongly delivered.
  • Costok.in reserves the right to reject any return/exchange request that does not comply with this policy.
